She Want to Say

She was always here
She wanted to say that she was already here
crumbs of apple pie on the memory of a shared.
Buckthorn tea,
warm hugs.

 

Everything she had said, 

through constant haste 

long evening,

Through quiet conversations, 

Through hot lemon tea.

 

She had already said,

Everything she wanted to say,

A cold gust of wind, a gray sky.

Already said - with yellowed leaves

She always wants to say something.

Hello, I am Tamila Papirnyk and I am a senior at Decatur High School.
